Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said on Wednesday that Kashmir is India’s internal issue and there is no room for Pakistan or any other country to intervene.
The country is a major base for Islamic terrorists and that there is violence in Pakistan because it is instigated and supported by Pakistan, the Congress leader added.
There is violence in Jammu & Kashmir. There is violence because it is instigated and supported by Pakistan which is known to be the prime supporter of terrorism across the world.

A delegation of opposition leaders, including Gandhi, was detained for three hours at the Srinagar airport on August 24. The Jammu and Kashmir administration sent them back from airport citing their presence in the UT would affect normalcy.
Gandhi was also mentioned in a letter sent by Pakistan’s Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari on Monday to bolster Islamabad’s stand at the United Nations. The letter also quotes Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad questioning the restrictions in Kashmir.
