Some have also gone to the extent of asserting that Chhat Puja is against the Bhagavad Gita. According to them, only worshipping the ‘supreme god’ Kabir is useful. Others suggested that people must seek refuge in Sant Ram to attain salvation from the cycle of life and death.

It is worth noting that, the peddling against Chhath Pooja that is happening on Twitter, most of the accounts peddling criminal Rampal’s claims are just repeatedly spamming the trend to promote his book. It is kind of a shame that people of such mentality can exist and defame the Hindu religion for their own benefit.
