North Indian Thali is the most popular platter with yummy recipes presented together in a single serving. Today we are gonna show you how to prepare all this in a healthy manner using less oil.

Let’s See The Preparation

Zeera Rice

Ingredients :

  • Rice – 1 cup (boiled)
  • Ghee – 1 Teaspoon
  • Cumin Seeds(Jeera) – 1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 Teaspoon (finely chopped)
  • Salt – According To Taste

Preparation:

  1. Take a pan, add ghee then add cumin seeds saute.
  2. Add salt then add rice, fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle Coriander leaves. Your Zeera Rice is ready.

Daal Tadka

Ingredients:

  • Chana Daal – 1 Cup
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Ghee – 1  Teaspoon
  • Cumin Seeds  – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Onion – 1 Medium Sized (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 Medium Sized (finely chopped)
  • Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – According To Taste

Preparation:

  1. Take a pressure cooker, add daal then add 1 glass of water, salt, turmeric powder. Cook till 3-4 whistle.
  2. Let the cooker cool down completely then open the lid.
  3. Take a pan, add ghee, add cumin seeds saute then add chopped onion and fry for 1 minute then add tomato and fry till it becomes soft.
  4. Add garam masala powder, fry for 1 minute then add daal into it.
  5. Mix it well and cook for 5 minutes then turn off the flame. Your Dal Tadka is ready.

Achari Bhindi

Ingredients:

  • Bhindi – 10 Pieces
  • Oil – 1 Teaspoon
  • Achari Masala – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – According To Taste

Preparation:

  1. Take a pan, add oil then add the bhindi and fry it for 5 minutes.
  2. Add salt and Achari Masala, fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of water then fry for 1 minute. Your Achari Bhindi is ready.

Paneer Makhani

Ingredients:

  • Paneer – 100 grams (cube chopped)
  • Oil – 1 Teaspoon
  • Onion – 1 Medium Sized
  • Tomato – 1 Medium Sized
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Cinnamon Stick – 1 piece
  • Cloves – 2 pieces
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Cumin Powder – 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Coriander Powder – 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Paneer Masala – 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Garam Masala – 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Malai – 1 Tablespoon
  • Ginger – 1/2 inch
  • Salt – According to Taste

Preparation:

  1. Take a blender jar, add onion and tomato, blend it in a fine paste.
  2. Take a pan, add oil then add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, and ginger saute.
  3. Add onion and tomato paste, fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add paneer masala and salt, fry for 2 minutes then add 1/4 glass of water and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add malai, mix it well then add paneer. Fry for a minute then turn off the flame. Your Paneer Makhani is ready.

Soybean Malai Fry

Ingredients:

  • Soybean – 1 Cup
  • Oil – 1 Teaspoon
  • Onion – 1 Medium Sized (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 Medium Sized (finely chopped)
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cardamom Pots – 1 Piece
  • Cumin Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Kitchen King Masala – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Malai – 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 Tablespoon (finely chopped)
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Red Chilly Powder – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt – According To Taste

Preparation:

  1. Take a bowl to add hot water and soybean and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Take a pan, add oil then add cumin seeds, cardamom pots saute.
  3. Add onion and fry for 1 minute, then add tomato and fry till it becomes soft.
  4. Add all the masala and fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Squeeze all the soybeans then put it in a pan. Mix it well.
  6. Add salt and 1/2 cup of water. Cook for two minutes.
  7. Add Malai and coriander leaves, mix it well then turn off the flame. Your Soybean Malai Fry is ready.

Wheat Flour Naan

Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
  • Yogurt – 1 Tablespoon
  • Baking Soda – 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Butter – 1 Teaspoon
  • Sesame Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
  • Oil – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – According to Taste

Preparation:

  1. Take a bowl, add wheat flour then add salt, yogurt, oil, baking soda and mix it well.
  2. Add water to make a soft dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes, knead the dough once again then make balls from the dough.
  4. Flatten the dough balls and cut them in heart shape.
  5. Cook it on tawa then spread butter on it.
  6. Naan is ready, Serve it by a garnish of sesame seeds.

Plain Raita

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt – 1 Cup
  • Raita Masala – 1 Teaspoon

Preparation:

  1. Take a bowl and yogurt and whisk it.
  2. Add Raita masala and mix it well.
  3. Raita is ready to be served by the garnish of Raita Masala.

Apple Lassi

Ingredients:

  • Apple – 1 Medium Sized (roughly chopped)
  • Yogurt – 1/2 Cup
  • Sugar – 1 Tablespoon
  • Ice Cubes – 1/2 Cup
  • Cream – 1 Tablespoon

Preparation:

  1. Take a blender jar, add apple then add yogurt and sugar then blend it in a fine puree.
  2. Take a serving glass, add ice cubes in the base then pour puree(lassi).
  3. Garnish it with cream and apple slices. Apple Lassi is ready to be served.

Salad

Ingredients:

  • Beetroot – 1/2 Cup(grated)
  • Apple – 1/2 Cup(grated)
  • Carrot – 1/2 Cup(grated)
  • Lemon Juice – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Chaat Masala – 1 Teaspoon

Preparation:

  1. Take a big bowl, add all the ingredients mix it well.
  2. A healthy diet salad is ready to be served.

Delicious North Indian Thali is ready to be served.

Delicious Homemade Mango Frooti Recipe

Mango Frooti

Want to shiver lusciously in this hot summer. We have got something special for you. Something that everyone loves, something that is related to our childhood memories, Mangoes. But in a different way. This recipe is very easy to prepare at home.

Ingredients:

    • Ripe Mango – 1 of medium size
    • Raw Mango – 1 of small size
    • Sugar – 4 tablespoons
    • Ice cubes – 1 cup

Preparation:

  1. Peel both the ripe and raw mangoes and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Take a pressure cooker put the mangoes, add 1/2 glass of water and cook till 3-4 whistles.
  3. Now put the cooked mangoes into a blender and blend until it becomes a fine paste.
  4. Now take a pan, add 4 tablespoons of sugar then add 1/4 cup of water and let it dissolve completely on sim flame.
  5. After dissolving, let it cool completely.
  6. Take a big bowl, add mango puree then add the mixture of sugar and water to it.
  7. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Your homemade Mango frooti is ready.

Serve chilled and enjoy the mangoes in a cool way.

Til Cups Filled With Beetroot Halwa

Feeling bored and wanna try something interesting to make your taste buds drool. So here is an innovative dish which is healthy, tasty and easy to prepare. Til Cups filled with beetroot halwa.

  • Preparation Time – 10 Minutes
  • Cooking Time – 20 Minutes
  • Serves – 5 person

Ingredients:

  • Til – 1 cup (dry roasted)
  • Gur – 1/2 cup
  • Ghee – 3 tablespoons
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Beetroot(chukandar) – 1 cup (grated)
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Almonds – 10 (finely chopped)
  • Sugar – 4 tablespoons

Preparation:

  1. Heat a pan, add 2 tablespoons of ghee and grated beetroot. Fry for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  2. Now add milk and sugar and cook for another 10-15 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Add Almonds to it and mix well, now turn the flame off, Your halwa filling is ready.
  4. Take another pan and add ghee, gur and two tablespoons of water and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  5. After turning off the flame add til and mix it well.
  6. Take an appam pan* greece it with oil, now put the til mixture and with the help of roller, make a hole in the center to stuff the beetroot halwa in it.
  7. Keep it aside to set for 5 minutes.
  8. After it is set, demould  it and fill it with the halwa and garnish with almonds.

So here you go, your Til Cups Filled With Beetroot Halwa is ready.

Coconut Coriander Chutney

Want to make your Dosa, Vada or Idli taste great, so here we present authentic south Indian Chutney(sauce) to drool you. The Coconut Coriander Chutney.

  • Preparation Time – 5 minutes
  • Cooking Time – 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Coconut – 1 Cup
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 Tablespoon (finely chopped)
  • Curd – 1/2 Cup
  • Salt – According to taste
  • Oil – 1 Teaspoon
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 Teaspoon
  • Curry Leaves – 10 Pieces

Preparation:

  1. Take a jar, add coconut, coriander leaves and blend it coarsely.
  2. Whisk the curd and put it into the jar then add salt and water as required.
  3. Blend it in smooth paste(chutney), and empty it into a bowl.
  4. Take a tadka pan, put the flame on medium then add oil and mustard seeds, let the seeds pop.
  5. Add curry leaves to the popped seeds and fry it for 30 seconds, then turn off the flame.
  6. Add tadka into the chutney.

Your delicious coconut coriander chutney is ready to be served with Dosa, Vada, Idli or fritters.
