Airtel has revamped its broadband plans. Airtel broadband users will get 1000GB extra data which will differ on the plan subscribed.
Airtel currently offers four broadband plans which include a Basic plan for Rs 799, an Entertainment plan for Rs 1,099, a Premium plan for Rs 1,599 and Airtel VIP plan priced at Rs 1,999. The Premium Airtel Broadband plan gives users 1000GB extra data and up to 300Mbps speed.
As part of the new additional data offer, the Airtel Basic Plan priced at Rs. 799 comes with additional 200GB data over and above its 100GB prescribed data. The validity of this 200GB free data is six months only. The plan offers up to 40Mbps speed.
The Airtel Entertainment plan priced at Rs 1099 comes with 500GB additional data valid for six months. The plan originally offers 300GB data, up to 100Mbps speeds, unlimited local and STD calls, and Airtel Thanks benefits.
The Airtel Premium plan priced at Rs. 1,599 offers 1000GB of bonus data that is valid for six months. This premium plan originally offers 600GB data and up to 300Mbps speed, unlimited local and STD calls.
All the above mentioned Airtel Broadband plans ships with free data offer, excluding the Airtel VIP plan. The VIP plan is already offering unlimited data to users, which is why customers don’t get any bonus data offer on this plan. Do note that the other three plans ship with monthly FUP limit.
In addition to bonus data, users will also get free subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Zee 5, Airtel X Stream and other OTT services. The Netflix subscription is offered for three months, while the Amazon Prime subscription is offered for 12 months with all the compatible plans.
Soon Airtel will launch an Android-based Set-top box in the market. With this set-top box, users will get Premium OTT services, HD TV, Games, and Virtual Reality apps.
